Crawford International School Fee Structure for 2024/2025

Crawford International School, located off Ngenda Road in Tatu City (5 km from Exit 11 on the Thika Superhighway), is part of South Africa’s AdVtech education group. Established in Kenya in 2019, Crawford follows the British National Curriculum and provides students with state-of-the-art facilities for a well-rounded education. Facilities include specialized labs, music and art studios, sports fields, digital classrooms, and a student boarding establishment.

Kindergarten

  • Early Years Foundation: Ksh 152,000 per term
  • Early Years 1 and 2: Ksh 224,000 per term
  • Year 1: Ksh 252,000 per term
    • Application Fee: Ksh 5,500
    • Admission Fee: Ksh 44,000
    • Lunch Fee: Ksh 28,500 per term
    • School Textbook Deposit: Ksh 25,000

Preparatory School

  • Year 2: Ksh 280,000 per term
  • Year 3: Ksh 294,000 per term
  • Years 4 to 6: Ksh 336,000 per term
    • Application Fee: Ksh 5,500
    • Admission Fee: Ksh 44,000
    • Lunch Fee: Ksh 43,000 per term
    • School Textbook Deposit: Ksh 25,000

Middle School

  • Year 7: Ksh 406,000 per term
  • Year 8 and 9: Ksh 420,000 per term

Junior High School

  • Year 10: Ksh 448,000 per term
  • Year 11: Ksh 672,000 (billed in two terms)

Senior High School

  • Year 12 and 13: Ksh 700,000 (billed in two terms)
    • Application Fee: Ksh 5,500
    • Admission Fee (Day Scholars): Ksh 44,000
    • School Textbook Deposit: Ksh 50,000
    • Lunch (Day Scholars): Ksh 50,000 per term

Additional Charges (All Grades)

  • Medical Evacuation Cover (Annual): Ksh 2,200

  • Individual Music Lessons: Ksh 20,000 per instrument

  • Zone A1 (Parklands, Westlands, Nyari, etc.): Two-way: Ksh 60,000 | One-way: Ksh 48,000
  • Zone W1 (Donholm, Juja, Thika Town): Two-way: Ksh 60,000 | One-way: Ksh 48,000
  • Zone F1 (Karen, Langata, Uthiru, etc.): Two-way: Ksh 76,000 | One-way: Ksh 61,000
  • New Special Zone (Unity Home, Kijani Ridge, etc.): Two-way: Ksh 38,000 | One-way: Ksh 31,000
