- Download the App: Install the KCB App from the Google Play Store.
- Launch the App: Open the app and follow the prompts. Enter the mobile number registered with KCB and your KCB mobile banking PIN.
- Allow Permissions: Grant the app permission to manage phone calls.
- Receive Activation Code: A security activation code will be sent to your registered number.
- Authenticate Automatically: Allow the app to read notifications to authenticate your mobile number.
- Complete Activation: Once authenticated, the app is activated, and you can start transacting.
For iOS Devices
- Download the App: Install the KCB App from the App Store.
- Follow Prompts: Enter your registered mobile number and mobile banking PIN.

- Go to My Account and select Activate iPhone App.
- Receive Activation Code: An SMS with an activation code will be sent.
- Enter the Code: Input the activation code into the app.
- Complete Activation: Your app will be activated and ready for transactions.
