Follow these steps to reset your Mpesa PIN if forgotten:
- *Dial 334# on your phone.
- Select Option 7 – My Account.
- Choose Option 4 – Mpesa PIN Manager.
- Select Option 1 – Mpesa Forgot PIN.
- Enter your ID/Passport Number.
- Enter your Mpesa Balance or Fuliza Limit for verification.
- You will receive a Start PIN via SMS.
- Change your Mpesa PIN:
- Go to the Mpesa Menu on your phone.
- Select My Account.
- Choose Change Mpesa PIN.
- Enter the Start PIN (received via SMS) as your Old PIN.
- Set your New PIN and confirm.

- Ensure your new PIN is secure and not easy to guess.
