Unaitas Sacco Membership Eligibility & Requirements

Unaitas Sacco, established in 1993, is a deposit-taking Sacco licensed by SASRA. Known for its pioneering approach in the Sacco industry, Unaitas was the first Sacco to automate its operations, open a common bond, and adopt a bold growth-oriented strategy. With an asset base of Kshs 20.40 billion, Unaitas is among the largest deposit-taking Saccos in Kenya.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to:

• Any Kenyan aged 18 years and above.
• Individuals of sound mind.

Membership Requirements

To join Unaitas Sacco, you need:

1. Identification Documents:
   • A valid National ID or passport.
   • A copy of your KRA PIN certificate.
2. Photographs:
   • Passport-size photos (can be taken free of charge at any Sacco branch).
3. Shares:
   • Purchase 10 shares at Kshs 10 each to become a customer member.
